Deacon Isaac Patterson, Sr., 79 years old of Ridgeland, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, September 07, 2024, in Virginia surrounded by his loving son and family.
Deacon Patterson was a graduate of Jasper County schools in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Deacon Patterson accepted the Lord into his life in his early years. He was a member of Lovely Hill Baptist Church in Ridgeland, South Carolina, where he was an active member of many auxiliaries in his church, this was part of his love for the Lord and serving Him.
He was actively involved in his community, making a difference, and helping to improve it. Deacon Patterson loved his family deeply; spending quality time with them and lending a helping hand if needed.
Deacon Patterson leaves his memories too; His wife Patricia Guyton Patterson, his devoted sons; Isaac, Jr. (Greta) Patterson and Patrick Patterson, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, four siblings; Sadie Drayton, Jacob Patterson, Esau “George” Patterson, and Gertrude Stephens. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.
A Walk-Thru will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina from 5-7 PM.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Lovely Hill Baptist Church in Ridgeland, South Carolina at 11:00 AM.
Burial will take place at Patterson Cemetery in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
Always remember to wear a mask, to protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
