Deacon Jim Brantley, Jr., 82 years old of Ridgeland, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at his residence. 

A Walk-Thru will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina from 5-7 PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Pineland, South Carolina at 1:00 PM.

Prior to service, viewing will be held on Monday at the church from 12:00 Noon-1;00 PM.

Burial will take place at church cemetery.

Always remember to wear a mask, to protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
