Mr. Eldridge Lee Greene

Mr. Eldridge Lee Greene, 56 years old of Tarboro Community in Tillman, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

Eldridge was educated through the Jasper County school system in Ridgeland, South Carolina. At an early age he became a member of Saint Mary Baptist Church in Tarboro, South Carolina.

Whenever and if ever someone asked Eldridge for a helping hand, he have always been willing to do so with a smile. He was the type of person mostly kept to himself and would not cause anyone harm.

With this kind gesture, Eldridge leaves to cherish his memories; his siblings; Three sisters; Mary G. Smalls, Louvenia Greene, and Cynthia A. (James) Beasley and Two brothers; Henry Greene, Jr. and Calvin “Cal” Greene, Favorite nieces he adored; Jo-Jo and Renee, Favorite nephews; Antwon Greene, Curtis Burrison, Alphonso “Al” Greene, and Johnathan Greene. A host of loving grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.

A Walk-Thru will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina from 5-7 PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina at 1:00 PM.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 12:00 Noon, an hour prior to service.

Burial will take place at Carswell Memorial Cemetery in Tarboro, South Carolina.

Always remember to wear a mask, you protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
