Deacon Frankie Gadson, 65 years old of Pineland, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Memorial University Health Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.
Mr. Gadson was a graduated of Ridgeland High School, Class of1976. At an early age he became a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Pineland, South Carolina, down through the years he was ordained as a Deacon. Deacon Gadson sang on the Senior Choir.
Deacon Gadson was a retiree of Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Company located in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Deacon Gadson leaves to cherish his memories; his loving and devoted wife; Shelia Gadson, One son; Tyrone Edwards (Kim) Gadson, Sr., Two daughters; Shelia L. Gadson and Alicia Young, One grandson; Tyrone Edwards Gadson, Jr., One brother; Stanley Clark, Three sisters in law; Veronica Moody, Shirley (Gerald) Brown, and Naomi Heyward, Three brothers in law; Cleveland Bush, Adolph Gregory, and Gerald Woods, Nine aunts; Virgie Addison, Mattie Bennett, Betty Gadson, Mildred Gadson, Daisy Gadson, Patricia Gadson, Mary Dupont, Ethel Scott, and Thelma Grant. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, along with numerous friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Mount Carmel Baptist Center in Ridgeland, South Carolina, on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Mount Carmel Baptist Center from10-11:00 AM.
Burial will take place at Carroll Cemetery in Tarboro Community located in Tillman, South Carolina
Always remember to wear a mask, to protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
