Mr. Henry Edward Burrison

Mr. Henry Edward Burrison, 68 years old of Ridgeland, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Pruitt Health in Walterboro, South Carolina.

Mr. Burrison was educated through the public school system in Jasper County, South Carolina. He moved to New York City in his early twenties, where he pursued a career in culinary.

Later in life he relocated back to Ridgeland, South Carolina to his roots. Mr. Burrison loved the outdoors, always had lots of animals to tend to and in his spare time he loved fishing.

He leaves to cherish his memories; Two sons; Henry Samuels, Jr., and Michael Henry, his daughter; Shanequa Samuels, five grandchildren, one great grand, his dad; Henry Burrison, Sr., seven siblings; Melvin (Ludell) Scott, Dian Burrison (Harold) Young, Luvenia (John) Gardner, Lucille Burrison, Harold (Deborah) Burrison, Grace Burrison, and Latasha Burrison. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Cathedral of God, 10 Main Street in Hardeeville, South Carolina 29927 at 1:00 PM.

Burial will take place at Grahamville Cemetery in Ridgeland, South Carolina.

Always remember to wear a mask, to protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
