Mr. John Devine Williams

Mr. John D. Williams, 60 years old of Tarboro, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, July 02, 2022, at Ridgeland Nursing Home in Ridgeland, South Carolina.

John was a graduate of Ridgeland High School in Jasper County. He was employed with the Greenery in Hilton Head, South Carolina for many years and later was employed with South Carolina Department of Transportation. John was a quite person and he would always lend a helping hand if needed.

He leaves behind his family with special memories; his daughter; Christine L. Williams, one brother; James “Fox” Williams, three  sisters in law; Dolly Wilson, Rose Murdaugh, Susan (Larry) Jackson, two brothers in law; Hezekiah Murdaugh and Bernard Murdaugh, four grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives.

A Walk-Thru will be held on Friday, July 08, 2022, at Bostick Funeral Home in Ridgeland, South Carolina from 5-7 PM.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 09, 2022, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina at 11:00 AM.

Burial will take place at Carroll Cemetery in Tarboro Community in Tillman, South Carolina.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR A MASK. YOU PROTECT OTHERS AS WELL AS YOURSELF.  MASKS WORK BEST WHEN EVERYONE WEARS ONE.  A MASK IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING.  MASKS SHOULD BE WORN IN ADDITION TO STAYING AT LEAST 6 FEET APART, ESPECIALLY WHEN INDOORS AND AROUND PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIVE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.
