Mr. Samuel James Buford Jr.

Mr. Samuel James Buford, Jr., 64 years old of Gillisonville Community in Ridgeland, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, October 05, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Samuel moved from Philadelphia to Gillisonville, South Carolina over 20 years ago, where he settled in his grandmother’s house to enjoy the quaint quiet pleasures of the South.

Mr. Samuel was a graduate of Baetrim High School, where he furthered his education in the field of Computer Technology. He worked for various companies, ADT, Parkers Fuel and TEK Systems.

He became a member of the House of Favor Full Gospel Ministry in 2005, where he received salvation; he loved the Lord and enjoyed giving God Praise.

Mr. Samuel loved his dog “Blue “and especially his family, they will truly be missed by him; his friend & wife; Rev. Marsha Buford, his loving mother; Mrs. Florence Buford, Two sisters; Valarie Buford and Sandra Nix, One brother; Ozzie Jadaun, One niece; Kianna and One grandniece; Aniya, his mother in law; Ms. Sadie Dilbert, along with a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.

Remember to wear a mask, you protect others as well as yourself, masks works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying at least 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
