Mrs. Carolyn “Samantha” N. Mack Taylor, 55 years old of Greenville, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Pam’s Hospital in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Mrs. Taylor received her education through Jasper County Public schools in Ridgeland, South Carolina. She later earned her LPN degree and was employed at the Ridgeland Nursing Home and served at the detention center in Beaufort, South Carolina.
She had enjoyed being a nurse because it entailed helping others who sometimes could not help themselves. Years later, she went back to school to earn her degree as an RN and started working across various states as a traveling nurse.
Mrs. Taylor leaves her loved ones to cherish her memories; Her mother; Madelyn Mack, two children; Sequoia and Dominique Gillyard, her brother; Benjamin Wright, one uncle; James E. Doar, five aunts; Shirley Hector, Bernetta Wright, Alberta Pinkney, Ethel Wright and Janette Wright, along with a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 02, 2024, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina at 1:00 PM.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 02, 2024, from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM.
Burial will take place at Grahamville Cemetery in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
Always remember to wear a mask, to protect others as well as yourself, mask works best when everyone wears one. A mask is not a substitute for social distancing, masks should be worn in addition to staying 6 feet apart, especially when indoors around people who do not live in your household.
