Mrs. Evelyn Wiggins-Manier, 82 years old, of Portsmouth, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, April 09, 2024, in Virginia. 

Memorial Service was held on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Pineland, South Carolina at 11:.00 AM.

Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 01, 2024, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Pineland, South Carolina.
